A car manufacturer’s website is often the first point of contact with a prospective buyer. The challenge for Mitsubishi was to establish a meaningful relationship with the potential buyer, and we did this by introducing the cars through existing owners.

The cars became more of a lifestyle choice than a vehicle this way, and users were encouraged to book a test drive online, contact their nearest dealer, or build their own car.
